Finca Adalgisa is a little paradise situated within an old vineyard of Malbec vines which are over 100 years old. On the Finca we have a small winery, where we produce our own Malbec. Our wine can be enjoyed every evening at the Fincas wine bar and is only open for hotel guests. Finca Adalgisa is located in the village of Chacras de Coria, 20 minutes away from the city centre of Mendoza. It is at the heart of Mendozas Wine Route, with many wineries and vineyards within easy reach. Our Finca offers the perfect combination between the rural lifestyle and living in a small, but lively village.
The guest rooms are located at our Finca, either in the Old House or within the vineyard. The vineyard with its fruit and olive trees covers more than half of the surface of approximately 5 acres (2 hectares). Each of the rooms is comfortable, well equipped and unique. All the rooms have a king-size bed, a private bathroom, a shower, a hairdryer, freewifi, air condition, heating, a safe, a minibar, telephone and an i-pod base. Some rooms have a private terrace, an extra living room, a fireplace, or a bath.
The Standard rooms measure approximately 30 to 35 square meters and are equipped with everything which is necessary to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The Suites measure between 50 to 65 square meters and have an extra living room which will make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Being a guest at the Finca means youre welcomed as a friend. At the Finca you will find a relaxing and informal environment where everything can be arranged spontaneously.

The Malbec grapes for our own wine grow on the Finca. We are very proud of our own wine, which is produced in the small winery on the property. Each year we produce about 5000 bottles. The wine is offered exclusively to our hotel guests, when at the evening they come over to the bar at the Winery where we also serve tapas.
Finca Adalgisa Winery and Wines are only available for the guests of the Hotel. We are not open for visitors or tourism.
Finca Adalgisa invites you to get to know the rural life style of Mendoza. We are not only a very special hotel. We invite you to get to know our traditions like sharing a typical Argentinean barbecue with us, trying our home made empanadas, when they come out of the clay oven.
You are invited to have a chat with the workers on our Malbec vineyard on the Finca. They take care of the vines and the olive trees and help us to elaborate our own wine and olive oil. Of course you may taste our wine, if you wish from different years and tell us what you think. Dont forget to taste the olive oil as well, since were also very proud about it. During your stay at the Finca you should wonder through the Old House, with its library and get a sense of how our family lived here in the past.
We tried to restore the house carefully conserving its characteristics. Our old gardens also invite you for a stroll. And you can relax at the pool, which is located by the Malbec vineyard. You will then hear the local birds singing.
Apart from enjoying the Finca there are plenty of things to do in Mendoza: You can tour the wineries, visit vineyards in the Andes or take cooking classes. There are outdoor activities as well such as hiking in the Andes, horseback riding, rafting or mountain biking. We are happy to help you to make arrangements.
